Mr. Sanjay Srivastava is a seasoned HR and business operations leader with over 22 years of experience across Human Resources, business operations, sales, and customer management. As Head – Human Resources at ETS, he leads the organization’s people strategy, driving talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, and statutory compliance across corporate, manufacturing, and project operations.
Bringing extensive experience from the telecom and infrastructure sectors, he has successfully built high-performing teams, established scalable HR systems, and strengthened workforce capabilities across all levels of the organization. His expertise in labour law compliance, factory operations, and stakeholder management, combined with a people-first leadership approach, continues to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and sustainable growth at ETS.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Harshvardhan is a seasoned finance leader with extensive experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, and business transformation. As Chief Financial Officer at ETS, he leads the company’s financial strategy, governance, and capital management, supporting sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
He has successfully led end-to-end IPO processes, managed complex banking relationships and project financing, and strengthened financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. With expertise in financial planning, taxation, risk management, and business restructuring, he has consistently enhanced organizational performance and operational efficiency.
A strong advocate of digital transformation, Harshvardhan has led enterprise-wide ERP implementations, including SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics, enabling data-driven decision-making and scalable business operations. His strategic vision and financial leadership continue to play a key role in shaping ETS’s growth journey.

Mr. Amit Gupta is a seasoned business leader with over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development within the infrastructure and building solutions industry. At ETS, he leads the company’s growth strategy, driving market expansion, customer engagement, and business development across the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and steel infrastructure segments.
With deep expertise in structural steel, roofing, cladding, and integrated building solutions, he has successfully delivered growth initiatives and secured marquee projects with leading organizations across India. Recognized for his strategic vision, customer-centric approach, and execution excellence, Amit has consistently built high-performing teams, strengthened key client relationships, and developed scalable business models that contribute to ETS’s continued leadership and sustainable growth.

Mr. Prashant Sharma is an accomplished project management professional with over 15 years of experience in quantity surveying, contracts management, and project execution across large-scale infrastructure and real estate developments. At ETS, he plays a key role in driving project delivery through effective cost management, contract administration, procurement planning, and commercial oversight.
Having contributed to landmark projects including Mumbai Metro Line 3, Delhi Metro Phase III, and premium developments for leading organizations, he brings deep expertise in budgeting, tendering, commercial negotiations, risk management, and project controls. Recognized for his analytical approach, commercial acumen, and execution excellence, Prashant is instrumental in delivering projects that meet the highest standards of quality, cost efficiency, and timely completion.
